Delivery and Returns
- Deliveries are done the day after purchase
- We do not deliver on weekends
- We are not responsible for late deliveries
As stated under the Australian Consumer LAW, Caitlin Vee cannot accept any Underwear to be exchanged or refunded. Caitlin Vee's very strict return policy protects other buyers and therefore we cannot make exceptions. Please choose your items carefully and ensure you use our size guide for the perfect fit.
**We are happy to exchange Bras and Sleepwear if there is no damage. Exchange MUST be done 3 days after receiving***
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
